Some sense from a woman about rape.

Reformed Idealism - Not My Local Footballer!

And to follow that up - all charges dropped: Reformed Idealism - Update: Cristiano Ronaldo

Ronaldo will not face rape charge

Feminists are still pushing for increased rape convictions by removing basic legal rights such as "presumed innocent until proven guilty". Feminists now want men to prove they are innocent, rather than be proved guilty. They have already managed to get anonymity for 'rape victims' - i.e. all accusers, giving much more scope for false accusations.

Women just falsely cry rape these days to tar a guy's name in public. That alone ooes enough damage. Then, once the damage is done, they can withdraw their phoney charge and move on scot-free without ever having to prove a damn thing - since THEIR ID was never revealed due to feminist rape shield laws.

And thus, they never got publicly exposed as the lying skanks they are. Unlikely the falsely-accused who got "exposed" of something they WEREN'T.

FACT IS, probably ~1/4-1/2 of rape charges these days are FALSE. See the DUKE LACROSSE CASE for another prime example.

Thanks for the comment byrdeye. The Duke Lacrosse case is a prime example of when women do cry rape.

Feminists have had to abandon their old position that women never lie about rape because of examples like that, replacing it with "women hardly ever lie about rape". Like the 2% statistic you mention.

I'd be more inclined to believe your statistics of 25%-50%, because of how easy it is for a women to cry rape without any risk. But reliable statistics are hard to come by because nobody is really doing the research, and in most rape cases it's impossible to really find out the truth. As I said in an earlier post:

"Most rape cases involve alleged events that happen in private. There are usually no witnesses. There is often no physical evidence. Physical evidence can only show if intercourse took place, not if it was rape. She says it was rape. He says it was not. Who do you believe?"

And thanks for your post! I'm glad more and more men are coming to the very same conclusions everyday!

in most rape cases it's impossible to really find out the truth

Until the advent of DNA testing now...which alone has exonerated an enormous % of accused victims as I've documented in my post.

Crying "rape" is just such an easy copout for women because humans are laothe to question "horrific" events...in fear of looking unsympathetic. The more horrific the event, the less scrutinized it becomes. Just like 9II or the Holocaust.

But take emotion out of the picture...and every crime shold be fairly investigated, no matter what it is.

Well, I'm doing a Duke lacrosse post next, btw. So stay tuned, folks!

Some feminists are actually rapists

It's interesting to see how in some quarters they think that the rape conviction rate is too low.

Against what benchmark are they comparing this too? How is it too low? Maybe it's too high?
